BOOKING/CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE

Booking/Appointment-Consultation/Deposit
​
Consultation is free, Deposit only required once Clients interested in booking an appointment.
New booking will be on hold for 24 hours waiting for Deposit before being replaced by the following booking.
Deposit is non-refund & will comes toward the final price.
Please be aware of scammers!

Clients can bring friends, snacks, no smell foods, drinks, no pets during appointments.
Please don't use: drinks contain alcohol, drugs, numbing cream, chemicals or painkillers 24 hours before appointment. Please let me know if you're taking medication.

Cancellation/ Design-Changes
No-show appointment can not be rescheduled, Deposit will be taken.
Appointment will be marked as No-show after 30 minutes late.
Clients would like to switch designs/concepts that are completely different than the one which discussed at the first place, at last minute will need to make a new appointment with new deposit, Deposit will be taken.
*I do understand last-minute-change is unpredictable. Please keep me updates with your situation, to prevent your Deposit from getting lost.
Concept's misunderstanding or Design's minor adjustments: I'll be more than happy to keep working on the Design personally with my Clients on their appointment dates with explanations and advices until we're both happy with it. No reschedule needed.

Reschedule
Every appointment has only 1 time guaranteed rescheduled which should be announced no later than 5 days before the due date.
Appointment's second time rescheduling needs to be remade with new Deposit, previous Deposit will be taken.

What to bring?

White/Black/Grey clothes preferred (photography cohesion).
Sun-glasses (eyes protection from my ringlights, if you're getting tattoo on the front/upper body parts).

Mental prepared: I will trick you into rock/paper/scissor the moment you're expecting a handshake.
